At BRAYT, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Show no signs of damage, tampering, or use

Be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
How to Start a Return

Email us at info@brayt.co with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

Carefully repackage the item and include your RMA number inside or on the outside of the package.

Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a BRAYT error or a faulty product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@brayt.co with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or an appropriate resolution.
