Refund policy

At BRAYT, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Show no signs of damage, tampering, or use

  • Be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@brayt.co with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

  3. Carefully repackage the item and include your RMA number inside or on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a BRAYT error or a faulty product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@brayt.co with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or an appropriate resolution.
