1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. During this time, we verify stock, prepare your items, and package them securely for dispatch.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods
We currently ship to UK addresses only using tracked delivery services from trusted courier partners.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Please note:

4. Order Tracking
Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. BRAYT is not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information

Parcels returned to sender because of an undeliverable address

6. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of shipment:

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide a resolution
