Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at the time of order using secure payment gateways. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

c. Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is received. This does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when your order is shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation.

d. Duties & Taxes
If we begin international shipping in the future, customers outside the UK may be responsible for duties or customs fees. Currently, we ship to UK addresses only.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the UK using tracked delivery services

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days

  • Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products only. Customers must cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.

5. Warranty Disclaimer
